2002 745 Extended Warranty

I've heard that BMW had to recall all 2002 745s and because of that BMW has extended all warranties on 2002 745s till 2012 or 100,000 miles. Can anyone confirm this?

I heard 100k miles and 6 years, so 2008.

I went to Bill Jacobs BMW today and the salesperson said it was 6 years/100k so you're right.
