2006 750i TPM monitor malfunction

I was driving a 2003 745i series, got a new 2006 750i in June '06. I just put on my snow tires/wheels (purchased from BMW dealer in 2004) and the TPM will not re-set. Dealer has not been able to provide an explanation. Any suggestions??
