91' 735i coolent system

I had to replace the top radiator hose and I noticed there was a lot of pressure on the hoses. I bled the system well and there is no over heating. What kind of pressure is supposed to be on the coolent system and hoses? Is this normal?

When the car is hot there is quite a bit of pressure, however I do not know the specific psi measurements. Your cap is a pressurized closed system cap and should the pressures exceed that it will bleed off. Are you loosing coolant, if not I would not worry about it.

Not losing any fluid. I recntly change the fill cap but that hasn't made a change.
