I purchased a 740I and as usual the dealer did not have any of the necessary codes to program the vehicle, nor any ability to contact the previous owner. I'm looking for suggestions to unlock/de-code the phone to begin fresh. Ant other help with missing vehicle security codes would be helpful as well.
