On a 750 w/ M70 engine, I noticed that the A/C belt seems to be a little bit too short. My belt is the same the dealer recommends (1165 mm) but here's what I don't like: Even though you can tension it up so everything looks right, if you then deflect the belt (from between the A/C compressor & water pump, say), it can compress the tensioner enough to cause the idler pulley to move over center and remain LOOSE! Seriously, a little longer belt length would seem to prevent this ... if the tensioner adjustment would accomodate it. Anyone using a longer belt than 1165 mm?
