I would like to know where I can buy a manual for a 1999, 740i, built on 11/98. I have a set of 2 blue books and an electrical book, all 3 ring binders, for my 1988 735i. I would like to know where I can buy similar manuals. These manuals show details and photos of where parts are located and how to remove and reinstall them. It also does a good job for troubleshooting electrical problems.
I also would like to know which re-set tool is the best for reading codes, and resetting oil and dash messages for the 740i car. I understand that some of them are advertised as reading codes, but the years go only up to 98 or so and that detail they do not tell you in the magazines.
