cassette deck install instructions needed

I recently purchased a replacement factory OEM cassette deck for my 740iL and needed some assistance with the install. There are two plastic doors(one on each side of the deck) that cover two insertion points. Is there a special tool that needs to be inserted to pull the deck out for replacement? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
