Anyone knows any good dealership in the bay area that does good service? I've been to Fremont because the interior door trim glue came loose, then the car wash kid took my car for a 5mile race to dry my car. Never going back.

I heard StevensCreek used to not change the oil for you, and charge you for it.

I recently been to East Bay BMW at Pleasanton, it was a 50/50. Oil change was good, fast and curtious. I went back of an O2 sensor change, it took 4 hours with very poor service.

I am hearing Peter Pan is good, at least for Warranty service.....

Any feedback is greatly appreciated?

Fremont BMW is awful. I've had good results and both Stevens Creek and East Bay BMW. Allison BMW has some mix reviews with other M3 owners and Peter Pan should be ok.

since i dont have warentte i change the oil my self its very easy and go to small shops in the area one of which is so busy and popular you have to book at least a week in advance to get your car fixed there but they are good. thosshop is also in palo alto and if it isnt too far i recomend it.
