Is this good deal on a 2001 750il?

I found this car a 2001 750il with 23k orig miles on it. Black on Tan, M pars, Flawless condition. The owner is the 2nd owner an bought it from a BMW dealer so it's a CPO car. He was asking $48K I got him down to $44K.

This is the exact car I have been looking for. What do you think still to high?

Now I have to quickly sell my Corvette if I do buy it. Need room in the garage. Anyone looking for a 2000 vette with 37k miles red/black, 6 speed?

I think that's pretty good deal for a 750 with only 23k. It's still new.

That's a great deal considering the low mileage. Make sure you do a carfax either way.
