I feel really dump, usually I do extensive homework before I purchase a used car and all the surveys indicate the 2K '7' is a good choice. We've just purchased a 2000 740il sport/Nav. w/75K. I've looked for something indicating 'scheduled maint' but can't seem to find what to do and when. The previous owner has replaced the radiator and that's it. It's currently running very well and I want to keep it that way. Is there and particular problem I need to look out for (other than the radiator)? I see the Owners Manual stated BMW syn oil. If I buy the oil and the filter, can I change it myself or do I need to go to the dealer.
