I've done it. Not too bad for a repair to this car. You'll be removing the fan, shroud, splash shield & vibration damper. Note that the nut on the fan (to the clutch) is left hand threaded. This is the hardest part. You'll need either a large but narrow wrench or the tool from BMW. Use the bolts for holding in the water pump to jack it out of the block. Replace the o-rings (to the block and to the tube that runs across the top toward the back). Beware that the lines that
