Is there anything out there cheaper than pentosin 7.1? I have a pinhole leak in shock and too expensive to fix.

It is only $10.45 per liter at Pelican Parts. I have a very small leak and have used less than a cup in three months. I am fixing the leak now. Do NOT use ATF, you'll have to buy filters, a power steering pump and more.

yes, be sure not to use ATF, always use the recommend fluid, to prevent costly repairs.

there are non-self leveling cartridges available for under $100. each..... i checked with my supplier for a customer with leaky struts in a 735... unfortunately he already forked out $400 for a pair of used ones at a boneyard...... supposedly all you have to do is cap the lines and disconnect the leveling valve.... john
