odb codes

I have a 2000 740 IL. 79000 miles I have a scanner that keeps showing Code po171. it says it is the Bank one is lean. I have replaced both O2 sensors pre cat and both after the cats. Changed fuel filter. I really cant find any vacum leaks any where. Does any have any other thought on what could cause this problem? When i drive with the scanner hooked up it takes about a day before the problem come back.

Ok Looked at the car again. Changed transfuild need that. Replaced the Oil separator plate. I still get the PO171 code after driving about 20 miles after reseting the codes. The one thing that I have seen on my scanner is the EV monitor is flasing Like is is not doing its Dignastic test. Would this cause the Bank 1 lean condition? If so any Ideas on repair?

So i took the car to the BMW dealer. They Said It have 8 Codes. They said frist I need to replace thermostat. Had it replace. and they would clear the codes. Picked up the car within 15 miles SEL was back on. Called dealer said bring it back in and we will see what the other codes say now. People wonder why dealers are hated so much. Will let you know what the out come is.
